For Life Certificate, it is mandatory for all beneficiaries to complete the renewal of their CGHS cards for the period 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027.
All eligible beneficiaries are requested to fill in and submit the required form at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted access to CGHS medical facilities and benefits.
