The contribution of an institute to the society and nation can be judged by the achievements of its alumni. The college website has a portal through which alumni can register themselves. A database of alumni is prepared to get to know where our alumni are placed and how they are progressing in different areas. The BCAS’s “Distinguished Alumni Award” recognizes its outstanding alumni for their significant contribution to the society each year. This award is a reflection of BCAS’s core values – Excellence, Selfless Service, Integrity, Leadership, Respect and humane global citizenship. The Distinguished Alumni Award is reserved for those alumni who have attained and maintained extremely high standards in their chosen careers and in their service to society. The awarded alumnus will be one who has significantly contributed to her/his any of the following professional domain like Academic / Research or Corporate / Industry or Government and Defence services or Public Administration or Entrepreneurial venture or Art/Culture/Sports or service to the society at large.
The last year Distinguished Alumni Award -2018 was given to Mr. Amit Verma (from the Department of Electronics, Batch 2000-03) for his excellent work in Entrepreneurial venture.
